First write down the healthier methods that you know, like meditating, going for a walk, etc.
Doing this will mean that when you’re feeling stressed, you will feel like you have other, healthier, options to choose from
Then decide which method you are going to rely on as your primary method of stress-reduction when you next feel sad / stressed
